Refund Policy

Course access is purchased as a NFT ticket. The ticket can be refunded on the platform if requested during the refund period. Course NFT tickets become non-transferable once course has begun and refund requests are made to the content creator. The platform does not have access to funds collected for a creator by the smart contract. the platform is unable to access funds held in escrow in the smart contract.
